Cooking Day Two…

Tartine‘s Zucchini Orange Marmalade Bread…I’ve been drooling over this ever since Mark posted it… good thing I now have the cookbook… After Juan and I found Ginger Orange Marmalade at Gene’s Sausage Shop last weekend (more on that soon)… I’ve been thinking it was time to make it… I like it a lot… I used olive oil instead of vegetable oil and it worked fine.  I would probably actually cut the amount of oil next time… Quite good and you can pretend that it’s healthy after all zucchini is a vegetable…

    Olive oil sounds nice, though it is thicker and much more voluptuous, so I’m not surprised you thought it could have been decreased. Well, it is good for you! ;)
