Salmon Burger with Balsamic Strawberries and Onions

1 Whole Wheat Burger Bun
1 lb fresh strawberries
3 tb Balsamic Vinegar (fruity as possible)
1 Salmon Burger
1 tb orange juice
1 serving of your balsamicky onions
1 tsp. Thyme
Arugula to taste
To Prepare:
1. preheat your oven to 200 degrees
2. Wash, hull, and halve the strawberries, placing them on a cookie sheet, then cover them in the vinegar
3. Put the strawberries in the oven for two hours, turning them over after the first hour.
4. Cover the salmon burger in the juice, turning it so it is fully covered.
5. Place the burger on the grill for about five minutes on each side.
6. Add the thyme to the onions, then prepare the sandwich. Enjoy!
